Account Responsibilities

Course and membership access is managed through Thinkific. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Thinkific account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments & Memberships

Membership plans are billed through Thinkific on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your membership at any time through your Thinkific account; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All course content, templates, branding, and materials on this site and within the Thinkific portal are the intellectual property of DemandGoodQA unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
